Highways Agency

Working in conjunction with our public sector project management partners Infocycle, we have a long standing relationship with the UK Highways Agency.

We have consulted on many aspects of the development of www.highways.gov.uk and specifically have implemented the Google Mini Search Appliance, developed a number of .NET/Red Dot applications and developed the Desktop Traffic Headlines application.

The Desktop Traffic Headlines application was developed to deliver instant traffic updates to users across the UK. The application is still in Beta but has many thousands of users and has been very well received.

We are currently discussing future releases with increased functionality, cross platform support (Linux, Mac and others) and widget based versions for integration into other environments such as iGoogle and Yahoo.
